Amazingly we are heading into the final two weeks of term. The past week has kept up the pace of a full diary of events. The penultimate Swiss course returned on Monday and the final course departed on Wednesday after Assembly. After what looked to be a tricky start to the season the snow arrived and refreshed at the right time so all the courses have had good snow conditions and mostly very good weather. We hope this holds for the final group.
On Wednesday Small School went on a trip to Whole Foods in Fulham to build on what they have been learning at school about healthy eating and healthy lifestyles.
Friday saw the hotly contested Swimming Gala for pupils in Upper School. All children were competing for points for their Houses. Next Friday it is the Main School Gala. Results will be announced in due course. If excitement, effort and support can be measured by decibels alone then it was a great success.
After the Easter holiday all pupils will be returning to school wearing summer uniform. This coming Tuesday, 14 March our regular secondhand sale will be taking place in Cadogan Gardens. See the flyer below. Donations of uniform are always gratefully received and can be brought into either Hans Place or Cadogan Gardens at any time.
Billings & Edmonds will be setting up their “Pop-up Shop” in Founders’ Hall next Saturday, 18 March between 10.30am and 1.30pm. They will have a full range of summer uniform and sports uniform available to purchase. There will a slightly reduced service in their Chiswick branch that day as much of their staff and stock will with us.
